A (Short) Bio

For the last seventeen years, Timothy S. Hanson has taught high school English, a passion rivaled only by his love of writing. His work has appeared in numerous publications, including Blue Moon Literary and Art Review, Botticelli Literary & Art Magazine, Checkmate Literary Magazine, Firefly Magazine, Icarus Down Review, The 3288 Review, BoomerLitMag, Cold Creek Review, Pennyshorts, CommuterLit, Beautiful Losers Magazine, Potato Soup Journal and their first anthology, Call Me [Tomorrow], Idle Ink, and 101 Words. In 2023, Tim won Flash Fiction Magazine's flash fiction contest with his story "Hoarder." He also just released both a Kindle version and a physical copy of his first horror novella, (un)Reality. Currently, he is looking for representation for his first novel. When not teaching or writing, Tim enjoys traveling to new places with his wife, Jenna, and his daughter, Penny.
